ILMF is a program that is done throughout the year
during the academic courses. The program is coordinated with young individual
leaders from different organization who ensure clear communication from youth
to youth.

I Track My Career (ITMC)
ITMC is a program that is done for the university
graduates from both Cardiff Metropolitan University and the University of
Sunderland.
The program has a coaching cycle that is done to
ensure the preparation of the university graduates for the job field. The
program is not mandatory but optional depending on the student’s need for it.
